Edge is a unique journey ~ an adventure that brings you to the borders of who you think you are and encourages you to go beyond. You become aware of the confines of your “identity” and let go into the multi-faceted being you are.

Edge is a held in a theater space~ a space that amplifies energies and raises the stakes~ where you are free from social constraints and safe to step into all your powerful "selves".

Through acting, monologues, scene study, martial arts principles, chi kung (energy cultivation-grounding), writing, archetypes, energy-based characters, communication and witnessing methods, you open to your full expression, personal creativity and limitlessness.

Edge is an experience to:

Warning: This class is not for the faint of heart… but it is full of heart, depth, humor and irreverence. It is created with the understanding that this kind of risk taking requires a very safe workspace.
